After the delivery address was confirmed (at the customer's request), the appliance arrived within 3–4 days. It is mostly intuitive to use, and the viewing window allows you to see the entire cooking chamber. Cleaning it after use is absolutely hassle-free. The only "drawback" worth noting is that customer service is available exclusively via WhatsApp or email.
