I had already ordered this deep fryer from their website in early February using a discount code. That would have brought the price down to under 100 euros. Order number: 178913 When it still hadn’t arrived by the end of February without any further updates, I decided to file a claim with PayPal. They issued a refund right away. Unfortunately, reordering it was only possible for an additional 20 euros. And I waited three weeks for nothing.

Unfortunately, there is still no recipe book included. I can't use this appliance without instructions. I was promised that I would receive a book at the end of the presentation, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. We only have black, white, green, and red lines that no one can read. I can't use an appliance that just sits in the kitchen and I can't do anything with it. Unfortunately, it's going back.

Delivery was relatively quick, but then I unpacked it and found that the promised recipe book wasn't included. First disappointment. The second disappointment followed immediately. I washed the basket in the dishwasher as recommended, with the result that the slices were fogged up on the inside and everything was covered in water droplets. Then I ran the appliance for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. A stench of plastic, acrid. Even after repeated use, the smell is still clearly noticeable. Not exactly healthy. That was the third disappointment.

Unfortunately, it is not dishwasher safe as water runs into the housing of the cooking container and unsightly water spots appear on the viewing window and remain permanently. The link to the recipe book did not work.

I was influenced by the advertising and bought this Dripl AirFryer.
It was delivered relatively quickly. So I unpacked it and was immediately disappointed. I searched in vain for the promised recipe book with 100 recipes. First, I put the basket and grill tray in the dishwasher as recommended in the instructions. When I took the basket out of the dishwasher, I had my second disappointment. There was water between the panes of the viewing window and water stains after drying. So much for easy cleaning. I then ran the appliance for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. The smell of plastic was almost unbearable. That was the third disappointment. After the third 30 minutes at 200 degrees, the smell was still there. Healthy eating looks different to me. Test winner "Very good" in what?

Unfortunately, I had to return the fryer because it malfunctioned after several attempts at cooking. I think the appliance has too low a wattage and when frying at 200 degrees for longer periods, it switches to error mode. It's a shame because the appliance looks good and the viewing window is useful, but unfortunately it's unusable with this fault.

I think I made a good decision with the Dripl hot air fryer. The operation is almost self-explanatory. So far, I have made fries from fresh potatoes several times and have eaten them with a clear conscience (one tablespoon of oil for a large portion)! I will be trying out more recipes in the future and am glad that I no longer have to heat up the oven for even the smallest casserole (I'm on my own). Cleaning the drawer and the inside of the Dripl hot air fryer is simple and unproblematic. A clear recommendation to buy.

An okay air frayer that does its job.
The touch programs are somewhat pointless as they only play preset times and temperatures. Can also be set as required using the normal time and temperature selection.
The transparent window is quite nice, but remains steamed up after rinsing and it takes 2 days to dry. Until then it doesn't look nice.
After the first use, a small piece of plastic on the grill basket broke off immediately, only when it was pushed in. After that, the basket no longer closed properly.
Both were reported to Dripl customer service, but there was no help or response. A great pity.
Overall, the appliance does what you need, but promises a lot more in its communication.
Personally, I would not recommend the purchase.
