Disappointing and poor customer service! I bought the Dripl hair styler and tested it full of hope. Unfortunately, I found that the appliance was absolutely not suitable for my hair. It didn't deliver the promised results or meet my expectations. I therefore wanted to make use of the 30-day return period. To my astonishment, my return request was simply canceled without any explanation. Several emails to customer service went completely unanswered, although I tried to clarify the problem in a friendly and objective manner. The feeling of simply being ignored here leaves me with a very bad impression. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a company that treats its customers in this way. If you value good service, you should look for alternatives. Very disappointing!

DO NOT BUY!!! Styling the curls takes forever because only very thin strands of hair are attracted. Customer service also grotty!!! My right of withdrawal was rejected and not justified despite several requests. So I had to send the appliance back at my own expense. After 2 weeks there was no confirmation of receipt and of course no refund or other feedback! 155€ in the sand! A clear rip-off!!!! I will also report this to the influencer!

Unfortunately, I can't get a single curl in my straight hair. The holder is too thick (there's a whole hairdryer in it) and you can't hold it well in your hand and then twist it. If you wrap your hair up, you can no longer see the buttons and you can't operate them (heat, intensity level and finally the cool button).

Overall a very good and cheaper alternative to the D*son Airwrap. + Very good blow-drying performance + Volume and smoothing brush work well - Unfortunately, the device gets hot quite quickly, if you first blow-dry for a few minutes and then want to change the attachment, the upper part on the release button is unfortunately already very hot that you can hardly touch it with your bare hands... I always have to use a towel or switch it off and wait before I can use another attachment. - In my opinion, the curling attachment unfortunately doesn't deliver what it promises - no automatic tightening of the strands, also gets incredibly hot very quickly - Coldshot not really cold
