I bought the mop attachment in November 2024 and it was already broken in January. I then contacted customer service and had to buy a new water tank. I find it very questionable if the tank breaks after just 2 months and then isn't even replaced but has to be bought again directly by the customer.

First of all, the "Dripl" does what it promises.
However, for the sake of fairness, it must be said that it is not yet technically fully developed and I had a problem with the shut-off seal of the two drip nozzles, for example.
One side closed well and the other didn't close at all. The reason for this was a slipped rubber seal.
When I contacted Dripl personally, I was told that the water tank had fallen down.
But this was definitely not the case.
So I complained about the water tank.
I was then referred to a link where I could either buy a new water tank or a used repaired one.
All in all, problem not solved, new water tank ordered for really little money (great). The appliance is working perfectly again and I am extremely satisfied ️
