If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return them within 30 days. The 30 days count from the date of order. The 30 days money back guarantee is only valid for private buyers. The buyer must bear the cost of return shipping. After we receive the return shipment, the buyer will be fully refunded within 14 business days. The customer may test the goods for 30 days without risk. Definition of "test" e.g. put on the wiping attachment to see if it fits and if necessary briefly wipe without significant signs of use are visible. If the goods have been damaged by the customer, a refund is excluded.
