I'm deducting one star because the original Dyson brush has a joint that allows you to turn the suction tube downwards, which has the advantage of allowing you to reach under deeper sofas with the entire suction tube.
Dyson offers a joint... but then you might as well buy the original brush without LEDs.

The attachment I received was basically completely unsuitable for vacuuming in the condition it was delivered. Due to the fact that, strangely enough, raised sections (plastic tabs) were designed on the inside of the corner joint component, the vacuum cleaner was locked in place with every movement due to pressure between the plastic tabs on the corner joint and the suction tube, and the vacuum cleaner hung firmly in the air. Each time, I had to manually press the suction cup to the floor with my foot to release the plastic tabs from the pressure position.
A classic design flaw!
Because I didn't feel like returning it, I quickly disassembled the vacuum cleaner to get to the problematic areas. I then used a knife to remove all the plastic tabs that were causing pressure between the components and the suction tube. Once all the pressure points had been eliminated, the floor nozzle lay flat on the floor and the vacuum cleaner worked perfectly.

This attachment is too heavy, the light does not shine 360 degrees as advertised, the light should be green, that would be better, and with our attachment, you always have to press down on it with your foot so that it lies flat on the floor.
And the worst thing is that we have two dogs in our household, and after every vacuuming session, dog hair clogs or blocks the rollers and wheels of this attachment, and I then spend another 20 minutes cleaning it.
All in all, we do not recommend purchasing this product.

The attachment has very poor suction, and the floor light (a key reason for purchasing it) shines everywhere except the floor in front of the vacuum cleaner. I am familiar with the original Dyson product, and this attachment does not even come close to matching it. The product is useless to me and will therefore be returned.

The lighting is in no way comparable to the quality of the original v12. You do better with other products for Dyson. I sent it back and unfortunately have to pay the return shipping costs (€6).
