The idea is sooo great, but when it comes to putting it into practice... You end up wiping droplets (what was the right direction for the droplets again? I couldn't find it anywhere) onto old Berlin floorboards (that's way too little—floorboards like it damp) and getting streaks on the beautiful linoleum floor... even streaks on my concrete floor, no matter how much I cut back on the cleaner. Next phase of testing—I pour the tank contents around and then mop in a relaxed, circular, rotating motion... works okay. Next test: I do the usual—mopping water and rinsing the pads out every now and then; that works pretty well, though it’s not really the point. And oh yeah—unfortunately, nothing is actually being sucked up; it’s more like being swirled around, as my laser vacuum shows me. Well-intentioned, but not really worth recommending for the price.

The mopping doesn't really work, and it barely vacuums at all. I was expecting something completely different... I'm more than disappointed. I don't think it works—I can get the job done faster and cleaner with a regular mop after vacuuming. I'd like to send this back and get my money back, which is clearly too much for this.

Actually, it's fine... but the drainage holes should be at the back so that you can't see the drops that remain, or you wipe in the wrong direction and then have shoe prints... It could have a larger opening to allow the remaining water to drain out more quickly.

It's a great device and the combination of vacuuming and mopping is fantastic.
Unfortunately, and this is the only downside... the attachment drips a little too much. If you move forward, it's no problem... the drops are wiped up... but if you move backward, they remain on the floor. This isn't a problem on tiles, but it's less than ideal on wooden floors. The mopping result is better than I expected... no streaks... it's no substitute for a mop, but for just cleaning up... it's easy and perfect.

Satisfaction 80%. It would be nice if it didn't make round corners. It's better to vacuum beforehand so that not too much sticks. Otherwise, it works quite well.

The support team is competent. After I asked whether it was possible that I would have to pay customs fees of CHF 23 to DHL, the only response I received was that everyone is responsible for checking this themselves before making a purchase.
However, you are supposed to receive a message from DHL in advance informing you that customs fees will be charged. This was not the case. If you then refuse the package, it is returned, which is what I would have done, as you did not mention anything about customs fees, so it would not have been a mistake.
So this is all a fake message from DHL. Please forward this to your support team.
The price of this device also varies from $45 to $62, which I don't understand.
Overall, I would never buy anything from you again and would not recommend you to anyone.

Let's start with the negatives:
- It's difficult to fill because the water doesn't spread quickly inside the container; a rim around the filler neck would also be useful.
- The container is much too small; you have to refill it three times for an area of perhaps 50 m2.
- This is also due to the fact – and this is THE main criticism – that the flow rate cannot be regulated. Once opened, the 150 ml flows out completely within a few minutes and everything floats – a NO-GO.
- This means you have to constantly bend down, run it for a short time and then close it again immediately, otherwise you can completely forget about the attachment for laminate or parquet flooring – which is a shame, because
On the positive side:
- it wipes really well and sucks (at least rudimentarily) the small particles into the storage container.
Note:
- I'm not sure if this is really good for the Dyson, because even the main filter feels damp after 20 minutes of vacuuming. Will this affect the durability of the motor in the long run? You can certainly rule out any goodwill on the part of Dyson, because they will quickly determine that moisture has been sucked up.
Conclusion:
- I would not buy this attachment again.
